Requirements and Preparation
Yes, beginners are welcome. However, we strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with the different yoga styles and topics covered in our training before coming.

Yes. Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive an email outlining the required reading and other pre-training activities that need to be completed before the course starts.
Yes, there is a required reading list. You will receive the list upon acceptance into the program. Our teaching philosophy is guided by the book “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz.
Registration and Certification
You will receive a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Certificate. To become a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, you will need to complete the registration process separately. Learn more about certification here.
Yes, Reiki 1 certification is available as an optional add-on.
The teacher training costs $2000 plus accommodation. You can find the complete pricing details here.
Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 to secure their space in the program. This deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days before the start of the program, and the remaining payment will be due 30 days before your arrival. The course should be paid in full before your arrival. If you have any questions or need a different payment plan please contact us here to discuss different options.
Scholarships and Financial Support
Yes, we provide scholarships for one student from Costa Rica per training.
